Attain Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Client Hub platform at clients.attaindigital.co. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.
We collect information you provide when you register and connect your Meta advertising accounts. This includes your name, email address, and Meta ad account data (campaign performance, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions). We access this data solely through Meta's official Marketing API with your explicit authorisation.
We use the data collected to display advertising performance dashboards, generate reports, and assist with campaign management. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is used exclusively for the management and reporting of your advertising accounts.
When you connect your Meta account, we access your ad account data via the Meta Marketing API. We request only the permissions necessary: ads_read, ads_management, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list, and business_management. You can revoke this access at any time via your Meta account settings.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with unauthorised parties. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@attaindigital.co.
